Macbook Fiasco: Part Deux
So I had a rather unpleasant phone conversation with the Apple Store today. Apparently they went ahead and did repairs on my computer — replacing the motherboard, display and a couple other non-broken components (the hard drive was dying) without my permission; I had merely taken my computer in for a diagnosis. Since they did this without my permission, I hadn’t made the latest backup...
